“I had my nutrition status assessment and food intolerance tested under the advice of our team nutritionist Laurent Bannock. I found that I’m intolerant to a number of things, mainly wheat and dairy. I have currently been wheat, dairy and gluten free for 6 weeks. I have not changed anything in my diet (over and above my personal sports nutrition program) except eliminating my main intolerances, I have already seen increases in my lean mass and a decrease in my fat at a time in the season I usually see the opposite. Apart from body composition (fat/muscle levels), the main area I have felt better is with my digestion and gas. I have seen a massive decrease in digestion issues especially the sensitivity of my stomach in the morning. Over all I feel much healthier and am happy I followed it through.”
